-SIX PASSENGER MAX. Private charters , your own group 1 to 6 passengers.
-Noank Shipyard is located at 145 Pearl Street, Groton, CT, it’s conveniently close to the boat. You have the option to take the ferry to access your charter. If you’re planning to drink, it’s wise to arrange alternative transportation and avoid driving.
-BYO Beverage and Food. Pack a cooler. Notify the Captain in you need ice or cups.

Directions to Noank Shipyard are on the website. From I-95, take Exit 88 for CT-117 toward Groton/Noank. Continue on CT-117 S, then turn right onto US-1 S/Newtown Rd. Turn left onto Groton Long Point Rd, and continue straight onto Pearl Street.

There is a designated loading area near the main entrance. Briefly park there and unload coolers, gear, etc. Once unloading is complete, one driver should park the vehicle in the main parking lot adjacent to the shipyard facilities. Walk back to the shipyard entrance to board the boat.

We have restrooms located on the ground level under the main office building at 1560 Road. These facilities are available for your convenience. If you need restroom access after 4:00 PM, please contact us for assistance.

City Pier is a large dock. Poet’s Lounge is to the left at the floating docks. If the boat is not there yet enjoy the benches and the boat will be in shortly. Call Darin 860-287-7956 for questions.
There is room for up to 6 passengers in the seating area in cockpit and also plenty of room on deck with soft cushions to sit on.
There is a shade awning in the seating area that can protect you from the sun but it doesn’t cover from all angles. We also have umbrellas for individuals needing extra protection incase
We have a ladder for those strong enough to climb up and down on and off the boat for a swim. We also have a nice dinghy we take people to the beach with on longer excursions.
There are a few restaurants we can pull the boat up to if there is room at the docks. If not, we can anchor and dinghy into the dock at a restaurant
